Gabriel is a registered kinesiologist and holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with an option in Multidisciplinary Science from the University of British Columbia. Throughout his time in university, he worked with neurological populations in exercise settings. Here, he developed a deep interest in how targeted exercise can improve quality of life and movement management. Dedicated to empowering people, Gabriel designs personalized, evidence-based movement programs that focus on balance, strength, and functional mobility. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys boxing, reading, and spending time with friends and family!
